Charlotte Dentist Reviews - Advanced cosmetic and family dentistry in a comfortable environment.

I have had nothing but great experience after great experience. I became a patient at this office after calling with no idea about my insurance information at all. Heather, the receptionist/office Goddess, took my information from me, called my insurance company, got all the information I needed and emailed and called me at every juncture. I have never had any medical professional email me without me begging them to do it. Most look at your dumbfounded this office embraces technology.

On to the decor. The office is beautiful. Every chair has massaging heads in it. you have your own TV. I know I know, you might be thinking why do you need a tv, imagine this. You just had an amazing exam by your dental hygienist and she tells you that you have four cavities and your filling is cracked, and you have a buildup of tarter behind your front teeth. Most office you would be left with that information and must take it on faith. At this office they switch the tv to a channel tuned to the computer, they show you every cavity, every crack and that build up in clear pictures. Not new technology but definitely amazing that a doctors office has thought through how to utilize technologies effectively to help you make better decisions about your teeth.

You will leave this office feeling refreshed, and amazed. The cost is very reasonable, I have absolutely no complaints.

To continue, my grandmother had a bad experience with her dentist of 30 years and I emailed heather on the weekend my grandmother's insurance information and asked her to call my grandmother on Monday. The call was made and all my grandmothers insurance information was their. I have never seen this level of customer service in the medical field, especially not in these times. BTW I got four free movie tickets for referring my grandmother. They were mailed to me within two days of her going for her initial appointment."

We have been Dr. Martin's patients since he began practice in Charlotte. He is very professional, very thorough, and he surrounds himself with excellent hygienists and office staff. We are pleased with his dental service!

Dr. Todd and his staff, are more than courteous and accommodating. I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to the dentist, I am happy to say that I do not dread going to the dentist as much as I used to. If you are looking for a dentist that cares, check this group out they are well worth it!

"If going to the dentist could be pleasant, my trip to ART dentistry was. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years, after an unpleasant dental experience. I had refused to go to the dentist for several years. After years of neglect, it became evident that I had to find a dentist, as I had lost a crown. I heard of Dr. Martin through a friend and boy was I glad I did. His office is inviting, comfortable and he and his staff are most professional. I not only had Dr. Martin replace my crown, but have started a new path in my dental health. After all my dental work was finished I did ZOOM whitening, to boost my self-esteem. "I love, love, love Dr. Todd Martin and his staff! I have been a loyal patient for almost 12 years now and I would not trust anyone else to touch my mouth for dental work! Dr. Martin has always been professional and very conscious of his patient's time – meaning he stays on schedule so you don’t waste your time sitting in his waiting room. Dr. Martin is the only dentist that has been able to fully numb my mouth when I need dental work performed. The front desk is always so pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about what your insurance will or will not cover. Last but not least is his dental hygienist Jennifer. She is very friendly and puts you at ease when it comes to cleaning your teeth – be sure and ask for the strawberry flavor paste when she cleans your teeth because it is awesome!"

Everyone in Dr. Martin's office is friendly and kind. They make going to the dentist (which I used to hate) as enjoyable as possible with all of their personal touches. The TVs on the ceilings are great! Dr. Martin and his staff show patience and kindness even to those of us who can make somewhat difficult patients! :)
